When choosing our leaves, there's a number of principles that we're going to apply. Now, at the market, I actually took a lot of time and effort to look at the length of stem of leaf. And for this one with the asperdistra leaves, if you're able to find leaves with nice long stems, it's better because we want to focus on the tight lines of the leaves.
