“Adding Darts to the Bodice In this lesson, we'll create the darts that give the bodice shaping. To create the darts, make sure that the front bodice is laid over the aligned back bodice and then, I'll do half of my apex. I'll measure half of my apex from the centrefold outwards and at that point, I'll fold a vertical line that goes all the way down the bodice. That will give you the centreline of your front darts.
