David Poxon is a watercolor artist from England. He first began painting at just five years old when his grandmother gave him his first tin of paint. Since then, he’s been on a creative journey that’s taken him all over the world, from the Far East to South America.
His work has been showcased in solo and group exhibitions and he has won more than 80 major painting awards. Alongside the artwork he creates, David teaches watercolor painting and hosts events including the International Watercolor Masters Exhibitions. He is an elected member of the Royal Institute of Painters in Watercolors and the National Watercolor Society of America. He has also written several books, his latest of which, Watercolor, Heart & Soul, has become a bestseller.

David Poxon is an excellent teacher whose enthusiasm for the medium of watercolors is immediately infectious and encourages you to try it out. Lively, interesting, competent examples with humor, knowledge and a lot of attention to detail. I have seen many courses on Domestik, but for me this course is the best so far!
