Dedicated to the world of fashion for decades, Gustavo Prado had to be the intellectual author of the first book that documents the history of Mexican fashion, Mextilo , as well as his homonymous film. He currently lectures about the power of design and creativity, analyzing the reality of contemporary fashion and its relationship with today's society. In addition, it has its own agency of trends, art and design.

After decades dedicated to research trends in fashion and design, it could be said that Gustavo Prado is one of the greatest experts in contemporary fashion. During the last 20 years he has taught at universities such as La Esmeralda, Academia de San Carlos, CEDIM and Centro Diseño-Cine-Television. He has also curated several museums such as the Cuatro Caminos Museum Photo and Centro de la Imagen.
He directed Mextilo , the first feature film focused on Mexican fashion and his is also the book with the same name. Today he is dedicated to giving lectures about the power of design, creativity and the need for innovation.
