“Creating textures Now let's get down to business. In this lesson I'll show you the materials I use to create my fabrics and textures. I have my four fashion illustration figures, and each of them use a different technique. Here on the left I have a sitting figure, and with this I used a color pencil, my dry medium. I used my lines and a bit of shading, a bit of gradation. My figure on the left is a sitting pose and I've illustrated with a color pencil, so you can see the different colors that I used and I used gradation, so a bit of shadowing here.
