I've been tweaking and tweaking this for over a week. I'm not quite happy with it, but you have to learn to stop and stop being a perfectionist.
It is my little tribute to the series and the book Tales from the loop by @simon_stalenhag I loved it, every day I like science fiction more. Very well done, with great care, an incredible photograph ... 100% recommendable!
It is the first time that I dare with this genre. During the career (and in art in general) it was a genre that was not appreciated at all, both the illustration and the science fiction genre. So I have had to break a looooong psychological barriers to launch myself into doing such a job.
Like every day, I take with me what I have learned, which has been a lot and how much fun I have had in the process.
Hi Ines!
So many months later, I catch up a bit. Let's better imagine that we are trapped in a strange Tales from the Loop type temporary sentence.
Indeed, we must learn to tame our perfectionism and I congratulate you for venturing into a challenge that was also unexplored for you.
I see a lot of love and control in your painting. Sharpness in contours. And the color palette, you found it and didn't drop it.
I suggest: you can separate planes with more use of atmospheric depth. Sometimes you have to sacrifice 10% of the beauty of the palette to achieve remoteness and atmosphere. 10% pale, in a light glaze behind the robot.
Anyway, BEAUTIFUL PROJECT. Thank you :)
