I really like the texts that you want to write, I feel that there are very interesting and universal themes. I propose, as a prewriting exercise, that you turn each of these ideas into more specific stories. For example, number 5, "a story of a forbidden love": who would be the characters? where the story happens? at what time? why is that love forbidden? who forbids it? You can ask yourself the same questions with the rest of the stories, such as 7, 8, and 9. 10 is already a little more specific. In the 1 it would be interesting to know what are those experiences that your grandmothers had to live.
You don't have to upload everything here, rather this is an exercise that will help you focus the stories and start writing them more easily.
