I have followed your tutorial and it seems great, but when looking for cellophane I had a doubt. On the sellers' websites they indicate that the polypropylene cellophane withstands a temperature up to 100º, as they indicate it comes from oil; Now is when I have doubts about which one I should buy so that when heating with the iron it sticks together.
Another question is that you say that the final glue is special, can you tell me what it is? Cold silicone ?. Since you indicate that the Mod Podge is only for an initial suggestion.
Although you don't really need to use it if you just use PE cellophane and melt it. Superglue is only necessary if you intend to bond cellophane with different chemical compositions.
I hope I am not too late and if so I hope you have built some wonderful wings :)

I just read you, I'm sorry I didn't answer you sooner!
Cellophane that cannot be heated because it melts, that is, PE, is ideal for melting. I bought it here: https://www.granvelada.com/es/moldes-navidad-para-velas/2026-rollo-de-celofan-tornasol.html
The ultimate glue is Superglue Loctite (the brand) specific for plastic:
https://www.loctitesuperglue-3.com/es/productos/especialidades/super_glue-3_plasticos.html
Although you don't really need to use it if you just use PE cellophane and melt it. Superglue is only necessary if you intend to bond cellophane with different chemical compositions.
I hope I am not too late and if so I hope you have built some wonderful wings :)
