Regarding the action of the draw, I understand that the objective is to approach athletes but you could value that the award was the services of the clinic to avoid bringing together contestants who are not really interested in your services and will never be clients (for not having purchasing power, for example). The second action is not a campaign but it is also necessary. I would recommend that you include some other campaign, for example branded content, which I think could work well.
