Hi. My name is Rich Radka, and I am a foresight strategist. I help my clients make sense of oncoming change and to navigate their best paths into the future through my two businesses: Where To From Here (focused on organisational transformation); and Fuse Foresight (focused on how global shifts will shape tomorrow).
In this presentation, I explain my personal approach to strategic foresight and breakdown my belief and methods for this work. I talk about why we all need agile foresight practices that enable us to engage with the future as port of our strategic thinking, since the future is where we are all going to spend the rest of our lives. Lastly, I define a practical way you can “anticipate credible futures” that really works — rather than trying to predict what will happen (which is impossible), or trying to A-B test your way to the future (which is too tactical to develop a vision).
