Mariano, thanks for sharing this story with us, a story that feels like a poem of gratitude and love to the hand. I really like your writing and your way of approaching your subject, a perspective that feels unique and surprising. The feeling I get is of the writer observing their own hand as it writes and feeling a sense of marvel at what he sees. I'm not sure if that was your intention :) My suggestion would be to keep expanding on the story and to go into more detail, maybe about each finger, or the way the hand holds the pen and other objects, too – a knife, an apple, the sponge to wash the dishes. Maybe also go into more detail about the accident that you write about at the beginning: be specific, add details, let us see what this hand has gone through. These are just some suggestions about ways to keep elaborating on the story.
There's a wonderful playfulness to the writing and the style (voice) is engaging and makes me want to keep reading. I hope the course has sparked some new stories as you explore the world of writing. Keep being playful and experimenting with surprising perspectives. I enjoyed reading your story and hope there'll be many more! Un saludo desde Madrid.
@shaun_levin Thank you very much! The truth is that the course was very good. I am left with the learning that to write we first have to "jump into the water", put the words on paper freely, without prejudice: then it is edited, and that is another world.
Thanks again! I will continue to explore this path.
