@gustavominas Hi Gustavo, I wanted to ask you for some advice.
How do you deal with the privacy issue? Especially when you have to create a book or propose a photography exhibition.
Publishers ask for releases to publish photos, but as far as I'm concerned it's a bit complicated to get releases on people you'll never meet again. You take a lot and of those photos only a very small part will be the ones chosen, how do you get a release, it seems impossible to me for this type of photography. I would like to know your opinion and how you behaved. Thank you, and congratulations on your work, I find it beautiful and exciting.
Hello, @roberto_ds . Thank you for submitting your project!
I really like the feeling of flow that some images convey, whether due to the presence of water or the movement captured at low speed by the camera. It's a very interesting and original combination, and it works very well especially at the beginning of the series. Next, you bring in new elements that seem a little disconnected from the rest, like the photos with light and shadows at the end.
I think you have strong images, but they can still be better organized to reveal the power of the work.
About authorization: I never asked for it and I never had any problems with it, since I make artistic use of the photos.
I also don't know any photographer who has had problems. But keep in mind that this changes from country to country. But it would really be unfeasible to do street photography and have to stop to ask permission from each person photographed.
