Psylocke

I painted this image of Psylocke as a commission for a patron's private collection. I am heavily inspired by women taking ballet and yoga poses. The shapes, angles, and forms the body creates in these poses never bore me. Also, Psylocke would definitely practice at least one of these concentrations. I used gouache paint, black colored pencil, and graphite for the media. I like to have certain areas very refined and others totally unpredictable.. just like life.
