My project for course: Naturalist Illustration Techniques: Whales in Watercolor

Here are my whales, Antonia! I tried a sperm whale for the final project, and though it could be better, it wasn't a disaster. All of my whales have quotes from Moby-Dick beside them, and I will continue adding text to my whale paintings, perhaps a private project illustrating the novel (a lifelong one:)). note - I added a couple more (the orca - playing with masking fluid) and the Right whale (wanted to try baleen)
