  Good progress and happy to see you drawing environments! I would assume the sailormoon piece is the final project, therefore I think few things you can improve is:

  - The white color sleeves looks flat, applying some shadows on the sides will add some shapes and volumes to it.
  - The neck area looks a little off, you can try to look for reference for those parts, observe and apply it into your drawing, this is a good way to study and practice.
  - Avoid using black color for shadows like what you did to the ribbon, this will make a drawing look unnatural, just use a darker red will do.
