In general, I recommend that you follow the steps that I propose in the course in the future, which you have not done. Your piece is not a story, there is no dramatic arc, there is no development. But it is a good starting point, a conflict is sensed that can act as the trigger for the story.
My recommendation is that you ask yourself what happens between the two characters in your piece after the conversation that occurs afterwards and build a story with the necessary elements as I explain in the course.
I loved the course, quite direct, based on the fundamentals, giving you the tools to launch yourself into the direction of your scenes. An opening to what film directing means and all that it implies, this was just one scene, imagine what it is to direct a big budget production, with many extras, exterior scenes, aquatic scenes, explosions, etc. Thank you very much Domestika.
