A Dammuso on Pantelleria island

A 400yr old dammuso on the windy Italian island of Pantelleria, a mere 30 miles from the African coast.
The project had to ensure that the characteristic features of this ancient structure were kept intact, while making the spaces flow more naturally, in line with contemporary requirements. Ongoing project, completion date estimated June 2022... to be continued!
