Phil here! I have decided to follow the course and my instructions and actually submit a project I did at home using my daughter as a model. As per the brief its about "movement". My daughter is studying textiles and so we decide the photograph would be about her and the materials that she is using! Nothing too profound but a good way to think about "constructing" the image.

I just used my small "speed light" and dat it on top of a cupboard to bounce it off the ceiling.

here are the results. the iSO was 2500 (shutter was the flash sync 1/125 and F8 aperture.
