Days of Silence is a portraiture essay I began in 2016. I photographed the couple Roselyn Guyan-Gordon and Karl Gordon in Brooklyn, New York; two young brothers Neo and Noel Rodriguez in the Bronx, New York, and a young man, Alex German Beutel, around Harlem, Manhattan, and the Bronx. All surrounded by family, friends, actions, and objects in a space with no sound.

This project was photographed with a medium format analog camera, I developed the film myself and proceeded to adjust the files in photoshop and lightroom.
