5-Day Design Sprint for Usersnap

In 2019, I facilitated a Design Sprint for Usersnap - an all-in-one customer feedback software for SaaS, that helps you collect more insights with in-app screen captures, surveys and feature request boards.

For 5 consecutive days, I guided their brilliant in-house product team through the Design Sprint Innovation process. Their challenge was "We want to figure out what feature to build next - and why". Together, we've achieved amazing outcomes, and built not only one but two prototypes and even created a bigger vision for a future marketplace.
