Managed the product portfolio (100+ apps) of the travel apps company Ulmon over 3 years as Chief Product Officer. Deploying and managing Scrum processes & validated learning methods to keep the product portfolio relevant to users and customers and ensure sustainable growth of the company. Direct management of 10 employees (Developers, UX, Analytics).
Dealing with product aspects like processing and merging billions of data points from various geolocation -related services (Foursquare, OSM/Mapbox, Tour Providers, Wikipedia, Hotels, ...), app monetisation, product innovation and cross-platform development (iOS, Android, Desktop).

CityMaps2Go and Ulmon City Apps have been downloaded over 20 million times to date, making Ulmon one of the most downloaded travel companion apps globally at the time.
