My project for course: Acrylic Painting Step by Step: Create Incredible Landscapes

For my final project, my inspiration was my birthplace, San Juan, Puerto Rico, specifically Old San Juan. This old side of the town has Spanish influence and is very colorful. I chose La Puerta de San Juan and Paseo La Princesa as they’re two of my favorite places in the town -you can see the sea and La Fortaleza, the governor’s house.

I did have some hard times while painting, as I’m not familiar with acrylics, but overall I’m happy with what I learned from Maru and had a lot of fun completing the course.
