Dyeing with local rudbeckia flowers

I am fortunate enough to be able to work with my local town mayor and council and collect the seasonal flowers leftover during the change of flowerbeds and borders in Hossegor town centre. These beds get changed two to three times a year once the flowers have started to spoil. I’ve been lucky for the past few years in being able to collect an abundance of rudbeckia (black eyed susan) flowers before they get discarded.
